Executive
Pure democracy may be nice, but holding a referendum on the color of pens to be used at a meeting quickly becomes an annoyance. Therefore, like most other 'democracies' our club has more in common with a republic. Every year, the club holds an election for the 7 executive positions. Those elected to these positions will then run the club for the following year.
