Utkarsh taught us the difference between being critical and negative criticism through his lesson on how to be a good coach while Darryl shared a profound dream that intrigued everyone. Annie brightened everyone's day with her comical table topics involving purple cows and Whoopi Goldberg. Thank you to everyone who attended this meeting!

Meeting Highlights (Wednesday, Feb 17, 2010) This meeting, Roger gave his icebreaker speech. He regaled us with his past experiences in public speaking. This was followed by Mahyar's speech in which he advised us on how to fight internal and external obstacles that keep us from progressing. The last speech of the meeting was Nancy's exposition on the mechanism of sleep and importance of deep, REM-inducing, sleep. Nancy then conducted a round of table topics which involved reading and interpreting technical papers on autonomous robotic locomotion. Given the technically challenging topics, most talks degenerated into humorous tangents from it. Thank you to everyone who attended the meeting!
